Before and after primary cosmetic rhinoplasty with chin augmentation. Rhinoplasty objectives included overall reduction of a large, oversized nose with a large dorsal hump, and de-projection and improved rotation of the nasal tip. Chin augmentation was performed to balance the facial profile.
